Carry in Service

A carry-in service offered to end-users. Users bring a defective product to the service and after repair, pick up the repaired product from the service. For the provinces where we do not run an authorized service, the products are cargoed to Istanbul for repair, and returned to the users by courier.

Important information

For processing the products under warranty, which Dell Support warranty period exceeded 2 years, you are required to send your product together with its invoice copy dated within the last two years. The users claiming replacement are required to send their product together with its invoice copy.

For this product family that we serve within 10 working days, KoçSistem Repair Center İstanbul provides services through Küçükyalı and Acıbadem collection centers at the Anatolian side of Istanbul, İstanbul European Side collection center, and through our business partners in Ankara and İzmir.

We have an agreement with the courier firm ‘Yurtiçi Kargo’ for shipments from the provinces other than İstanbul, Ankara and İzmir. Our contract-cargo code for the products under warranty will be shared by our Customer Contact Center with you.

The user is responsible to correctly pack the product before sending. If possible, products should be sent in their correctly packaged original box. Joint reports are made with the courier firm for any incoming crushed or damaged boxes and your device is returned without being received by KoçSistem. Intact boxes are received and in case any damage is discovered subsequently on the product a relevant repair charges offer is provided to the users.

Responsibility for the recorded data belongs to our users. It is assumed that backup of data on the devices coming to the service, is taken in advance.

KoçSistem does not provide services for monitors and accessories.
